Website terms

This website presents HOT PANADAS by Mari Luna and helps you prepare a direct inquiry. It does not create a customer account, accept an order, reserve an event or process a payment. A message draft, estimate or coupon display is not an order confirmation.

Product and service images identified as illustrative do not confirm exact ingredients, portion sizes, presentation or availability. Android and iOS apps, online ordering, online payments and social channels described as in development are not available through this website.

Orders, prices & estimates

The displayed unit price is $6 USD per empanada. The Buy 5, Get the 6th Free offer is 6 empanadas for $30 USD. The calculator treats your quantity as the total number of empanadas, including free items; each complete group of six includes one free empanada. The dozen calculation uses the same offer, not an additional discount.

Calculator amounts are estimates excluding taxes, delivery and other charges. Confirm varieties, ingredients, availability, quantity, pickup or delivery arrangements, applicable charges and the final total directly with Mari Luna before agreeing to an order. Catering and custom requests also require direct confirmation.

This website does not set a cancellation or refund policy for food orders. Ask Mari Luna about the applicable terms before confirming or paying for an order. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under law.

Prices are subject to change. Confirm current pricing with Mari Luna before your order is accepted.

Payments & receipts

Arrange your food order with Mari Luna and pay in person. Listed options are cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Visa or Mastercard through Square; confirm your preferred method directly. Square is an in-person payment option, not an integrated checkout on this website. Online ordering and payments are in development.

Receipts are digital, by text message or email. Confirm the correct contact details with Mari Luna. Do not put card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials into a website inquiry. Payment and messaging providers apply their own terms and privacy practices.

For empanada classes, confirm the booking and final quote with Mari Luna beforehand; payment is at the lesson. For Google Meet classes, agree on the electronic payment method directly with Mari Luna. Mari Luna’s private kitchen address is shared after booking confirmation, not published on this site. Group discounts and discounts for classes longer than five hours are individually agreed, not automatic.

Welcome coupon & offer conditions

Code HOTPANADAS: buy one empanada and receive one free. New customers only, once per customer, maximum one free empanada. One offer per order. The welcome coupon cannot be combined with the Buy 5, Get the 6th Free offer. Mari Luna confirms eligibility and applies any eligible offer manually; an inquiry does not redeem the coupon.

The welcome coupon expires at the start of January 1, 2027: 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, UTC−08:00). The offer countdown uses your device clock; Mari Luna confirms eligibility and redemption directly. The website disables coupon inquiries at the cutoff based on that clock.

The 25-second countdown closes the welcome window; it is not the offer’s expiration timer. You can pause the countdown or reopen the coupon using the coupon control. The browser’s “shown” flag does not record redemption or establish eligibility. Clearing browser data or using another device does not create a new entitlement.

Ingredients & allergens

Our recipes are proprietary, but questions about ingredients and allergens are welcome. Ask Mari Luna about the specific filling, dough, preparation methods and potential cross-contact before ordering. We do not promise allergen-free preparation.

Vegetarian and vegan category names are not certifications or guarantees of suitability for an allergy or dietary restriction. Confirm the actual ingredients and preparation directly. Images and category descriptions are not substitutes for ingredient information.

Privacy & browser storage

When you select Send message on the published website, your name, email, optional phone number, interest, language, message and any location or lesson details you provide are transmitted to Netlify Forms to handle your HOT PANADAS inquiry. The local preview does not submit forms. Email, SMS, WhatsApp and social links open external services with their own privacy practices.

If you send an inquiry, the selected recipient receives the information in your message: Mari Luna for HOT PANADAS orders, or Cazonci for technology consulting. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Contact HotPanadas@gmail.com about information sent to Mari Luna, or cazonci@cazonci.com about information sent to Cazonci, including correction or deletion requests. How a request can be handled depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

This website uses local browser storage for language preference (hotpanadas-language), private favorites (hotpanadas-likes), and your choice not to show the welcome coupon again (hotpanadas.welcome-coupon.optout.v9.0). A session flag (hotpanadas.welcome-coupon.session-shown.v9.0) normally limits automatic display to once per browser-tab session. The Coupon control can still reopen it. These preferences are not public votes, accounts or a redemption database; clearing storage does not create a new entitlement. Draft name, email, optional phone number, message, location, lesson preferences and inquiry context may also be held temporarily in browser session storage for review and navigation.

The calculator uses session storage (hotpanadas-calculator) for quantity and flavor preferences. Session storage normally lasts for the tab’s session; browser restoration can affect its lifetime. Browser settings can clear or block storage, which may reset preferences or prevent them from being saved. Copy buttons place content on your clipboard only when you use them.

Hosting and third-party services may process connection information when you load the site or open their links. Email, WhatsApp, SMS, social-sharing and payment services have their own privacy practices. This notice describes the website features; it does not claim that every external provider has identical practices or retention periods.

A local session flag prevents the cooking introduction from replaying during the same browser session. It contains no personal information and is not sent to a server. Browser settings may block or clear this preference.

Location fields use manual entry. State or province is required. Postal code is required only when requesting a lesson at your location; it is optional otherwise. Country, city and street address are optional. This site does not provide location suggestions or perform address validation or geolocation.

Accessibility & assistance

We aim to make the website usable in Spanish and English, including keyboard navigation, labeled controls, text alternatives and controls for timed or animated features. This statement is not a claim of complete accessibility or a certification of compliance.
