AI & AI engineering
Explore AI use cases, design software integrations and plan evaluation around a defined purpose. The starting point is a useful problem, not technology for its own sake.

HOT PANADAS begins with Mari Luna’s vision for food and connection. Its digital direction brings that vision into a clear, welcoming experience—one that respects the brand today while leaving room for thoughtful growth.

Cazonci Yacata brings 30 years of technology experience, with a foundation in Linux and network engineering. His background includes work as a network administrator at NAMM—the National Association of Music Merchants—and a music engineering major that connects his technical interests with a creative perspective.
He brings that perspective to HOT PANADAS through technology architecture, strategy and engineering direction: translating Mari Luna’s business vision into practical digital experiences. His areas of work span AI, software, mobile development and infrastructure, with an emphasis on choosing the right approach for the project.
Explore AI use cases, design software integrations and plan evaluation around a defined purpose. The starting point is a useful problem, not technology for its own sake.
Translate project requirements into application structure, code and testable behavior, keeping the intended user experience in view.
Shape mobile application concepts and development approaches for Android and iOS. HOT PANADAS mobile apps remain a future direction, not a delivered product.
Bring Linux and network-engineering experience to the infrastructure decisions behind a digital project: how systems connect, operate and support the application.
Consider data organization alongside website structure and interaction design. The current HOT PANADAS website is static and does not include a connected customer or order database.
Connect business priorities to a coherent technical plan: define scope, weigh tradeoffs and distinguish what can be delivered now from what needs further development.
Keep the journey understandable: readable content, purposeful navigation and a consistent experience in Mexican Spanish and English.
Preserve the approved visual identity while reviewing structure, responsiveness, accessibility and the behavior of each interaction.
Distinguish what the website does now from what remains an idea. Evaluate, build and test before presenting a future capability as available.
This release is a bilingual static website that presents the brand, Mari Luna’s story, photographs and downloadable posters. Visitors can prepare an inquiry, copy its text or open their own email app to review and send it.
The website does not automatically send inquiries or confirm delivery. It has no connected ordering, payment, account or booking backend. Availability and event services require direct confirmation.
The longer-term vision includes exploring artificial intelligence and possible Android and iOS experiences. These are future directions—not features delivered by this website or applications available to download.
Explore whether AI can make future customer experiences more useful. Any implementation would need a defined purpose, appropriate data practices and testing before launch.
Consider mobile experiences around real customer needs. Scope, development, testing and release plans have not been established for this website release.
Future work depends on priorities, feasibility and approval. No release dates or capabilities are being promised here.
